This new procedure is called photorejuvenation, through an improvised version of IPL technology called M22 Optimal Pulse Technology (OPT), launched by the company who invented IPL – Lumenis. M22 OPT can be used for treatment of pigmentation, freckles, lentigines (age spots) and hyperpigmentation (dark spots). M22 OPT also helps patients who have long battled with melasma.

M22 Optimal Pulse Technology (OPT) is able to penetrate skin tissues and create controlled destruction to the imperfections, such as pigments and veins, while leaving the surrounding healthy skin and vessels unaffected. The Square- Off technology which can deliver the total every in a less intense way drastically maximizes the safety margin during treatment for darker skin, which is so prone to burn injury caused by light devices.

During Treatment:

Our consultant will wash your face thoroughly, a non allergenic gel will be applied on your face, and your eye will be covered with protective goggle. You will feel a mild snap on your skin during each laser shot, there is no pain.

Post Treatment:

Usually your face will only have mild redness post treatment which will subside after our post laser mask application. You are advised to use adequate sunblock and moisturiser for 5-7 days to ease the healing of skin.
